CARE & MAINTENANCE
All JoobyRumi product are made with the highest quality of 304 stainless steel, heavy duty findings, and glass beads to ensure longevity. However, all products are delicate by nature as they are handmade, so please handle with care! Try to keep Jooby products away from moisture and handle gently.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow up to 3 business days for the shipment of your product. Changes to your shipment address can only be accommodated BEFORE the package is dropped off at the post office. JoobyRumi is unable to process returns at this time, however we would appreciate any feedback to help improve our small business.
